At present, the platform supports the buyers through Paypal payments, Credit Cards are also processed by paypal.
1) DHL, GLS, USPS, UPS, Fedex, Hong Kong Post air mail, China Post air mail, Swiss Post air mail and Netherland Post air mail are our main shipping methods. We will choose according to the buyer's address and the local custom regulation.
2) We ship the items out within 1-3 days since the payment be confirmed by Paypal, it may be extended properly in holidays. After shipping, we will provide a tracking number for you to track the parcel.
3) Please double check the address before paying. If you want to change the address, please contact us within 24 hours after payment. If the package has been sent out, it can not be changed any more.
4) TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier, the local post office and other factors, particularly the holiday and heavy transport season, please be patient.
5) If the purchase protection time is near to end, you did not receive the goods yet, please contact us to extend.
6) We send to USA , 15-25 working days.
7) UK / Australia / Canada , 15-35 working days.
8) Europe , 15-35 working days.
9) Other Countries, 20-45 working days.
10) We can also provide express post by EMS (4-15 days) or DHL (4-8 days). The cost is higher than standard postage, about $ 30 or higher. If you want post by EMS or DHL, please contact us. Very reasonable shipping fee will be charged.
11) Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. if you need to pay for the Import duties or taxes; we are unable to take any responsibility for this.
We utilize different warehouses including Europe warehouse, UK Warehouse, China warehouse, Hong Kong warehouse and also US warehouse. Please ask for details before purchasing.
Please contact us if the following problems occur after receiving the goods: Not received goods;

Quality problem of products;
Product does not match with description.
After you contact us, we will reply and deal with it within 24 hours.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the returned product original price less S&H within 14 days of your purchase.
For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
